5. When you are in Thailand you will, most likely, wish to visit one of the many markets here. However, do bear in mind that whilst some of the products on offer are brilliant, many are not. You will want to avoid any items which appear to be from brand names. These items are, most likely, going to be counterfeit goods. You should also remember that the first price you are quoted will never be the final price. Vendors will be expecting you to haggle. If you do not bring down that price by about 30%, you are doing something wrong!
